Shipping Important Info

Processing Times

Your order will be shipped with love, within 24 hours of receiving it, excluding weekends and public holidays. If your order is placed on a weekend of public holiday, it will be shipped the following business day.

Tracking your Order

Your order will be dispatched with a tracking number which will enable you to trace it. We all know how exciting delivery days are so we will make this process as smooth as possible for you by sending you an email once dispatched, with a tracking number, so you can follow Mr Postman and your parcel!

Missing Parcels

Once your order has been shipped and your tracking number provided, it becomes your responsibility.  If your parcel is missing, your will be able to liaise with Australia Post or DHL who will be able to assist with locating it. 

Replacements or refunds will not be given for orders missing in transit.

Duties and Taxes

All international orders are sent DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid).

You may be required to pay import duty or a formal customs entry fee prior to or on receipt depending on your country. Additional taxes, fees or levies may apply according to local legislation and it is the customer’s responsibility to check these details before placing any orders for international shipping. 

From Zailie does not offer any assistance in this process.

Returns

We want you to be in love with your From Zailie pieces & we understand shopping online can be tricky. If you change your mind, you are welcome to return your full price items for a credit note or exchange them for other style(s) within 14 days from your delivery date. When you return your purchase, make sure that you do so unworn, in original condition, unaltered and unwashed. This ensures that we can re-sell the item in its present condition.

To return your items, please print your original order confirmation email & include it with your return satchel so we know it belongs to you.

We recommend using a traceable delivery method, with signature, and taking note of your tracking number as we will not be made liable for any loss of garments.

Upon receipt of your piece/s, they will undergo a quality review & once deemed acceptable, we will proceed with either your exchange or credit voucher. Please note for exchange requests, you will be sent a shipping invoice as we do not cover shipping costs for exchanges. Once paid, we will send our your garment/s.

Returns Important Info

  • Return for change of mind are allowed within 14 days from your delivery date.
  • Returned items must be unworn, in original condition, unaltered and unwashed. This ensures that we can re-sell the item in its present condition.
  • Please note we do not cover the cost of shipping back to us. Items lost in transit will not be given store credit or a refund.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.

Returning a Faulty Items

We only work with high quality fabrics and a wonderful manufacturer however due to the items being handmade, faults may happen from time to time.

We hope you never receive a faulty item however if you have, we understand this is really disappointing and are so sorry this has happened. 

Please email us within 7 days of receiving our order: hello@fromzailie.com with your order number, images of the fault and a small description. 

If something you ordered has a minor fault, we will assist to organise a replacement or a repair. If your garment is deemed to have a major fault you have the option of a replacement, refund or credit note.

Returning Sale & Sample Items

Sale items and sample sales are final and are not eligible for return, exchange or refund unless deemed
faulty.

Shipping of a Returning Item

It is the customers responsibility to pay and get their returning item shipped back to us safe and in original condition. If the item gets lost or damaged in transit, we reserve our right to refuse the return of a store credit or refund.
